To answer this question, Morris takes the reader through a museum tour of an evolutionist display.  Rather than answer every claim in this display, I'll only comment on a few.

Morris would conclude the answer to this question is no.  I agree.  The people putting the displays together in our museums may not even be scientists, although they probably have assistance from several scientists.  However, science proposes theories, and theories are just that...theories.  They are not universally accepted.  Therefore museum displays may be correct...or they may not be.  I urge all visitors to museums to investigate the claims and see if they are true.

One point that needs mentioning is this claim.  Morris says "Do fossils really date rocks and the rocks really date the fossils?"  He is implying circular reasoning.  However, this is an unfair accusation of circular reasoning.  For more on this issue, see an answer by Joe Meert.

The other issue he brings up is the peppered moth.  Young earth creationists do not accept the claims that they show evolutionary change.  In response, evolutionists have answered their concerns.  To investigate this matter further, see this article, which has links to other articles of interest.

If you are not a Christian, and you have been holding out on making a decision for Christ because the Church always preached a message that was contrary to what you saw in the scientific world, then rest assured that the Bible is the inerrant Word of God, and you can believe in Christ and receive salvation, while still believing in an old earth.  Click here for more.
