There is nothing in the second law which states that things tend toward disorder. It is a misunderstanding of the relationship between entropy and order. Disorder and Entropy are not the same. The 2nd law does not address disorder. For more, see the Talk Origins articles
Order is produced from nature all the time. Mud, left to itself, will form patterned mud cracks. Ice crystals will form intricate designs. Snow flakes are notorious for their design

With God guiding the evolutionary process, anything is possible anyway, so arguing over the possibilities concerning the second law of thermodynamics is a moot point (in other words, the "System is not left to itself"...God is watching it!)
