N36:  Animals' exacting needs could have evolved after the Flood

Edited by Greg Neyman

Microevolution right after the flood could have developed animals with special dietary needs, climate requirements, and other traits, meaning Noah would not have had to provide specialized care for them

  1. The rates of evolution proposed by Woodmorappe are far greater than what is observed in nature

  2. As described by Woodmorappe, this is macroevolution, not microevolution.  In essence, he is saying that evolution is true

  3. Evolution requires high populations, but Noah released only two of every kind (seven of clean kinds).  Such population levels would retard evolution, and we not have the many species we have today

  4. In an old earth creationism, local flood scenario, you do not have to resort to such arguments for the ark to work, and for Noah to provide care for the animals
